I am available to work independently or in-house on web design, graphic design or copywriting projects. In many cases I am able to bring all three areas together for large or long term projects. You’ll find my rates very competitive.

I’ve worked with both creative agencies and SME clients, which work has varied between web and graphic design to polish up an existing website, to copywriting for web and print leading up to a product or service launch.

My start date really does depend on my work load at the time, the number of hours I can commit, how soon you require the project to get up and running, and when the project is to be completed. I’m pretty flexible and the creative process can be sped up without affecting the creative integrity.

If it turns out I can not push your project forward in my schedule I can give you a start date or recommend you to other talented creative professionals in the local area who may be able to help out.

In recognising that each client is unique, I’ve found that projects also come with a bit of diversity. So, while I work at hourly and daily rates, I like to assess each individual project according to what’s required.

Not only do I take into account the type of work (since my skill set spans across web design, graphic design and copywriting) but also the time I commit to the project. I take the time to listen to the client and what they have to say about their budget, resources and limitations. Often a client will walk into a meeting fearing the worst and leave feeling relieved and excited about the project and ready to get the ball rolling.

How I work

After discussing your project over telephone calls and emails, I schedule a meeting at your office premises to discuss the project in detail. If you work from home with no facilities to hold a meeting I can invite you to a meeting over coffee or lunch to have a chat about your project.

Once a quote is accepted and all the relevant paperwork is completed, I can work from my office or in-house at your premises (providing your office is commutable from Leeds), the choice really is yours to make. If you choose for me to work remotely I keep you fully updated on the progress of the project, using file sharing servers for you to view and approve files at agreed milestones.

I am familiar with Basecamp, Backpack and Campfire applications which allow both myself and the client to manage projects, collaborate and chat with project managers and colleagues in real time.
